A 3-month chance is now available for a adjunct Financial Accountant to join a close knit, professional and fun finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, responsibilities include:
   » Opening purchase orders
   » Year end reconciliations and clearing reconciliations
   » Help with audit - generating, formatting and providing reports, generating and collecting documents to provide on Connect
   » Journals (preparing and upload i.e. to clear recs)
   » Investigate misc. transactions
   » Processing invoices into invoices can from emails
   » Entering invoices
   » Statement Reconciliations
   » Clean up the vendor accounts for year end
   » SF Banking as well as send SF outstanding
   » Enter direct sales once payment has been made in system
   » Set up employee accounts
   » Upload manual invoices into journals (misc. invoice, credits)
   » Send out monthly debtor statements
situated at this large, corporate head office in Mulgrave, this function forms a key part of the finance team and assisting the Senior Financial Accountant.
You will have a background in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, strong time management, good analytical skills and high level of efficiency!
This is a temporary position to commence immediately, see you through the Christmas period and into the New Year!
